These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of lankalunudehi.com (the "Site") and any order you place with CeyPrime Naturals (Pvt) Ltd ("CeyPrime Naturals", "Lanka LunuDehi", "we", "us", or "our") through the Site, WhatsApp, or phone. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Site or place an order with us.
01 Who we are
lankalunudehi.com is operated by CeyPrime Naturals (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Sri Lanka, trading as Lanka LunuDehi. Our registered address is No. 1325/16/G, 5th Lane, Bogahawatta Road, Pannipitiya, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
02 Orders
The Site doesn't require you to create an account โ you're free to browse our products without signing up. To place an order, you submit your name, delivery address, and phone number through our order form, or contact us directly on WhatsApp.
An order is only confirmed once we've been in touch with you directly to confirm the details. Submitting an order form does not, by itself, guarantee availability or a completed sale.
We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion โ for example, if a product is out of stock, if we're unable to reach or verify you, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.
03 Pricing & availability
All prices on the Site are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price confirmed with you when your order is finalized.
We take care to keep prices and product details accurate. If a pricing or listing error does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, cancel the affected order, or contact you before proceeding. Product availability isn't guaranteed until your order has been confirmed with you directly.
04 Payment
We do not collect card, bank, or wallet details through this Site. There is no online payment gateway.
Payment is made either by Cash on Delivery or by direct bank transfer, arranged with you when your order is confirmed. You agree to pay the full order amount, plus any delivery charge, using one of these methods before or upon delivery, as agreed.
05 Delivery
We arrange delivery through third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but aren't guaranteed, and may be affected by factors outside our control โ courier delays, weather, remote locations, or incorrect address details, for example.

06 Refunds & returns
Our full terms for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, order cancellations, and refunds are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
07 Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site โ including text, recipes, photography, graphics, logos, and the Lanka LunuDehi name and branding โ is owned by or licensed to CeyPrime Naturals (Pvt) Ltd and protected under Sri Lankan and applicable international law.
You may view and share pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
08 Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or our data
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site
- Use the Site to send spam, malicious code, or misleading information
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with us
09 Third-party links & services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services โ including WhatsApp (operated by Meta), our social media pages, and our font and hosting providers. We don't control these services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your information. Where relevant, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
10 Limitation of liability
We take care to describe our products accurately and to fulfil orders as agreed. To the extent permitted by law, CeyPrime Naturals (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your order, except where that loss results from our negligence or breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under our Refund & Returns Policy, or any right that cannot legally be excluded.
11 Suggestions & feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions โ for example, about our products or packaging โ we may use them to improve our business, including in future products or marketing, without any obligation to compensate you. Any personal information you share is always handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
12 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always show when it was last revised. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
13 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
